85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Blanc.
A blend from all our land’s white grape plots, it is a consensual Champagne, full of finesse. Le nez (smell) is fresh with citrus, white flowers and exotic fruit tones. The immediate impact on your palate is clean and clear-cut with a persistent citrus sensation. The mid-palate taste is distinct, giving another dimension of supplementary pleasure.
